Directions: 90-degree squat jump 4 times- 9 squat jumps then turn so you complete a squat jump facing all 4 directions.
Put your arms straight out at shoulder level and shuffle 4 times to the right then 4 times to the left.
Make a “star” position and touch your right hand to your right foot then left hand to left foot (4 times). Jump high in the air and bend both legs so your heels are touching your bottom.
180-degree jump (take a snowboard stance and jump 180 degrees). Repeat 4 times.
