Theme: BOKS Bursts – Marching Mania

Directions: While staying seated in your chair. Perform each for 30 seconds:

Marching (soft feet).

High Knees (lifting your knee one at a time).

Fast feet (as fast as you can running in place).

Inside-outside (touching your arch with opposite hand alternating feet- as fast as you can).

Marching (soft feet).

Straight legs (lifting both legs straight in front of you, bend and straighten – hold onto chair).

Running with hands (speed running while swinging your hands and feet).

Seated ladder climb opposite leg steps up while arm reaches high).

Chair squats (stand up then sit down-repeat).

Marching (soft feet).

Repeat.
